Two quick ones from the test calls. Both are about how Holly should end a call. Nothing changes anywhere until you've answered, and whatever gets recorded here goes into the project record exactly as said.
Staff check the cooler and everything is already where it should be. The water and coolant are at the mark, nothing needed topping up, and the pump on top is running. But the beer is still coming out warm.
Your hour close (give it an hour, check for ice, test a pint, ring back if it's not right) was for after a top up. Here nothing was topped up, so there is nothing for the hour to fix.
Should Holly book an engineer there and then on that call?
